Megane Renaultsport 225, R26, Trophy-R and RS300 Trophy
The Megane 225 2.0T (2004 to 2009) and the 230 Renault F1 Team R26 and R26R (2006 to 2009) share the same line-up: a cat-back, a cat replacement pipe and turbo-back systems with or without a sports cat. The 2010 to 2017 Megane Renaultsport, including Cup and Trophy-R models, has a cat-back offered resonated or non-resonated and a choice of turbo-back systems, again with or without the sports cat.
For the later cars there is a cat-back for the non-OPF/GPF Megane 280 from 2018, also resonated or non-resonated, and a particulate filter-back for the RS300 Trophy from 2019. The filter-back replaces the exhaust behind the factory particulate filter and leaves the filter in place, so the Trophy keeps its emissions hardware.
Milltek exhausts for the Renaultsport Clio 182, 197 and 200
The naturally aspirated 2.0 16v Clio models are well covered. The Clio 182 (2003 to 2006) has a cat-back and a full system with cat bypass. The Clio 197 (2006 to 2009) and Clio 200, including Cup (2009 to 2012), each have a cat-back, a hi-flow sports cat and a cat replacement pipe, so you can start with the cat-back and add the front section later.
Every Clio cat-back, and the Clio 182 full system, is offered resonated or non-resonated. A resonated system is the better pick for a car that covers a lot of motorway miles, as it is quieter and drones less at a cruise.
Alpine A110 and A110S 1.8TCe
Milltek lists the Alpine with its Renault range. For the A110 and A110S 1.8TCe from 2019 there is a cat-back exhaust and a sports cat downpipe. The downpipe keeps a catalyst, but like most downpipes it will need an ECU remap. The cat-back comes with GT-90 tips in polished, Cerakote Black, burnt titanium or brushed titanium, a JET-90 carbon fibre trim, or the factory tips; see our tip styles guide.
Road legality and build quality for your Renault
Cat replacement pipes, the Clio 182 full system with cat bypass and the Megane turbo-back systems without a sports cat are for off-road and competition use only and will fail an MOT emissions test. If you want a freer-flowing front section on a road car, the hi-flow sports cat options keep a catalyst.
