Milltek exhausts for the Toyota GR Yaris
Both generations of the 1.6 turbo GR Yaris have a petrol particulate filter, so the core system is a filter-back. The Gen 1 (listed as the GR Circuit Pack, 2020-24) and the Gen 2 (2024 on) each have a filter-back system, a GPF/OPF bypass, HJS Tuning ECE downpipes and a de-cat downpipe. The Gen 1 adds a sports cat downpipe, while the Gen 2 has a hi-flow sports cat, an upgrade kit and a race listing offered with a CAN BUS race controller or Active Valve Control with two remotes.
Toyota Supra A90: UK/EU or USA spec?
UK and European 3.0 turbo Supra coupes with an OPF/GPF (2019 on) have a particulate filter-back system for auto and manual cars, Active Valve Control, a GPF/OPF bypass, HJS ECE downpipes, a sports cat downpipe and a de-cat downpipe. USA and rest-of-world 3.0 cars without a filter have sports cat and de-cat downpipes and a resonator bypass. The 2.0 turbo B48 Supra (UK/EU, 2021 on) has its own filter-back system and Active Valve Control kit.
Toyota GR Corolla, GT86 and GR86
The GR Corolla 1.6 turbo manual (2023 on) has a primary cat-back, a secondary cat-back, a sports cat downpipe and Active Valve Control. The primary cat-back starts after the first catalyst, while the secondary cat-back starts further back, after the second. The GT86 2.0 (2012-21) has primary and secondary cat-backs and an over-pipe, and the GR86 2.4 (2022 on) has a secondary cat-back.
Toyota Tacoma, Tundra, Land Cruiser, Camry and Lexus GX
For the Tacoma Crew Cab with a 5ft or 6ft bed there are cat-backs for the 3.5 V6 (2016-23) and the 2.4 turbo hybrid (2024 on), and the Tundra 3.5 V6 (2021 on) has a cat-back with extensions for 6.5ft and 8.1ft bed trucks. Milltek also lists cat-backs for the North American Land Cruiser 2.4 turbo hybrid (2024 on), the Lexus GX550 3.4 turbo V6 (2024 on) and the Camry TRD 3.5 V6 (2017-24), several with high-clearance exits.
Filter-backs, downpipes and sound on your Toyota
A filter-back system leaves the factory particulate filter in place. GPF/OPF bypasses and the Supra resonator bypass are louder, motorsport-oriented options, de-cat downpipes are for off-road and competition use only and will fail an MOT emissions test, and HJS ECE and sports cat downpipes keep a catalyst. Expect most downpipes to need an ECU remap.
Many systems are offered resonated or non-resonated, with Road+ part resonated and race versions on some; the resonated option is the quieter one for long motorway trips.
