Peugeot 208 GTi: cat-back and downpipes
The 208 GTi cat-back replaces the exhaust from the catalyst back and comes resonated or non-resonated. Resonated is the quieter choice with less drone on the motorway; non-resonated gives a fuller sound. It is finished with GT-80 tips in polished, titanium or Cerakote black, shown on our exhaust tip styles page.
There are three downpipes for the 1.6 208 GTi from 2012 to 2019. The HJS Tuning ECE downpipes and the sports cat downpipe both keep a catalyst. The de-cat downpipe is for off-road and competition use only and will fail an MOT emissions test. Most downpipes need an ECU remap.

The 308 GTi 270 cat-back fits 1.6T cars built from 2016 to 2019 without an OPF/GPF, so check your car before ordering. It comes resonated or non-resonated and, like every Milltek system, is designed and tested in-house and made from T304L stainless steel.
A Milltek exhaust for the classic Peugeot 205 GTi
Milltek still lists a manifold-back system for the 205 GTi 1.6 and 1.9, for non-cat cars from 1986 to 1993. It replaces everything behind the exhaust manifold in T304L stainless steel, on one of the best-known hot hatches of the 1980s.
