Milltek exhausts for the Hyundai i30 N and i30 Fastback N

The i30 N range is split by power and emissions equipment, so check your car before ordering. There are cat-backs for the 250PS i30 N and the 275PS i30 N Performance in non-OPF form (2017 to 2018) and OPF/GPF form (2019 to 2021), the 280PS facelift from 2021 and the 275PS i30 Fastback N Performance.

Several OPF/GPF cat-backs are offered with a GPF delete or a GPF-back fitment; the GPF delete is a louder, motorsport-oriented option, while the GPF-back version keeps the factory filter. Active Valve Control kits are listed for each i30 N Performance version, including the Fastback. At the front, there are sports cat downpipes for the 250PS car and the non-OPF 275PS car, and HJS Tuning ECE downpipes for non-OPF cars of both outputs.

Hyundai i20 N, Kona N, Elantra N and Veloster N

The i20 N 1.6 T-GDi 204PS has a factory particulate filter, so its main system is a filter-back that keeps the filter, offered resonated or non-resonated. There is also a GPF/OPF bypass, a de-cat downpipe and an Active Valve Control kit.

The Kona N 2.0 Turbo has a cat-back for 275hp non-OPF/GPF models and a filter-back for 280PS OPF/GPF models, each with its own Active Valve Control kit. The Elantra N and Veloster N, both listed for non-OPF/GPF 2.0 Turbo 275hp cars, have a resonated or non-resonated cat-back and an Active Valve Control kit.

Active Valve Control for Hyundai N exhausts

Milltek's Active Valve Control kits are listed separately for each N model, power output and OPF/GPF status. They let you choose when the exhaust valves open rather than leaving it to the drive mode, so the car can stay quiet when you need it to and open up when you want it to. Pick the kit that matches your car exactly.

Kia Ceed GT and Proceed GT parts in the Hyundai range

Milltek titles its Ceed GT and Proceed GT parts as Hyundai, but they are Kia cars. Each 1.6 Turbo OPF/GPF model has a filter-back: the Ceed GT listing is for facelift cars from 2021 and the Proceed GT listing for cars from 2019. There are also two listings that Milltek says are required for pre-facelift cars. The same parts are in our Kia collection.

Road legality, resonators and tips for your N car

The i20 N de-cat downpipe is for off-road and competition use only and will fail an MOT emissions test, while the sports cat and HJS Tuning ECE downpipes keep a catalyst. Most downpipes and de-cats need an ECU remap. GPF/OPF bypass pipes and GPF delete options are louder, motorsport-oriented choices.

Resonated systems are quieter, with less drone at motorway speeds, which suits an N car used every day; non-resonated versions are louder. Tip choices include GT-90, GT-100 and GT-115 tips in polished, Cerakote Black, burnt titanium and brushed titanium, the larger GT-139 in polished or Cerakote Black, and JET carbon fibre trims. Compare them in our tip styles guide.
