What Milltek Active Sound Control does on a Tesla
Active Sound Control fits sound generators to the car to produce an engine-style sound, giving your Tesla a voice it does not have from the factory. It is an add-on sound system rather than an exhaust, and the drivetrain and battery are left alone. Each kit is listed for specific models and drive types, so check your Tesla before ordering.
Single or twin kits for the Tesla Model 3, Model Y, Model S and Model X
The Model 3, Model Y and Model S are each offered with a single or twin sound generator kit; the twin kit uses two generators rather than one. The Model 3 and Model Y kits cover RWD and Dual Motor AWD cars, including Performance versions, and the Model S kits cover all variants from 2012.
For the Model X there is a single sound generator kit, or the single kit with an additional RSE speaker, both for all variants from 2017.
