Milltek filter-back exhausts for the Land Rover Defender

The Defender has the widest choice in this collection. Petrol Defenders take particulate filter-back systems matched to body length and engine: the 2.0 four-cylinder P300 and P400e and the 3.0 six-cylinder P400 have systems for the 90 and 110 from 2020 and the 130 from 2023, each listed for cars with or without an OPF/GPF. The 5.0 V8 (425PS and 525PS) has filter-back systems for OPF/GPF 90 and 110 models from 2021 and the 130 from 2023.

The Defender 110 OCTA P635, with the 4.4 V8 (NC11) from 2025, has a filter-back system of its own.

North American V8 and diesel Defender options

V8 Defenders built for North America (NAS) without a particulate filter take cat-back systems instead: one each for the 90 and 110 from 2021 and the 130 from 2023, and the NAS 130 also has a Satin Black valved outlet upgrade kit. Milltek's Active Valve Control is listed for the 5.0 V8 Defender 90, 110 and 130, so you decide when the exhaust valves open; find it in our electronics range.

Diesel D200, D250 and D300 Defender 90 and 110 models with the AdBlue tank, from 2019, have rear silencers and Milltek Active Sound Control, an electronic system that gives the diesel a fuller exhaust note.

Range Rover Sport L461, L494 and SVR exhausts

Every current Range Rover Sport L461 listing is a cat-back: the P400 3.0 six-cylinder from 2022, the P440, P460, P510 and P550e plug-in hybrids from 2023, the P530 4.4 twin-turbo V8 from 2023 and the SV from 2024. The P400, plug-in hybrid and P530 systems have oval tips in Polished or Cerakote Black, while the SV has GT-115 tips or JET-115 Carbon Fibre.

Pre-facelift L494 cars (2013-2018) have rear silencers for the 3.0 TDV6 and 4.4 TDV8 diesels or the 5.0 Supercharged. The facelifted SVR 5.0 V8 Supercharged (2018-2022) has valved rear silencers and a centre silencer bypass; the bypass is a louder, motorsport-oriented option.

Range Rover L460: NC10, NC11, P400 and plug-in hybrids

Milltek lists the full-size Range Rover L460 as the Full Size Vogue. The P530 4.4 twin-turbo V8 splits by year: 2022-2023 NC10 cars with a single valve take a particulate filter-back system, and 2024-on NC11 cars with dual valves take a cat-back, each in SWB and LWB versions. The 3.0 six-cylinder P400 SWB from 2022 has a cat-back, and the P440, P460, P510 and P550e plug-in hybrids share an axle-back listed for SWB and LWB cars.

Milltek electronic control modules are also listed for 2017-on Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, Range Rover Velar and Discovery Mk5 models.

Resonated or non-resonated, and tips for your Land Rover

Many Defender and Range Rover systems come resonated or non-resonated, and on some listings the resonated version is marked EC Approved. Resonated is quieter, with less drone on a long motorway run, while non-resonated is louder. Defender tips are mostly GT-90 in Polished, Titanium, Brushed Titanium, Burnt Titanium or Cerakote Black, including a Special Edition Cerakote Black, plus JET-90 Carbon Fibre. Compare every style on our tip styles page.
