This is Milltek's active suspension control module for the pre-facelift, non-OPF/GPF Audi SQ8 4.0 V8 Bi-Turbo. It's a module that lets an existing Milltek valved system keep working correctly on a car fitted with adaptive air suspension, since the suspension's constant small ride-height changes would otherwise interfere with a standard valve setup. Depending on the application it's controlled via Bluetooth or a dedicated phone app.
It's a required addition alongside a valved Milltek system on these air-suspension-equipped models, not a standalone exhaust upgrade in its own right.
