This is Milltek's axle-back exhaust for the BMW 5 Series M5 & M5 Competition 4.4l Twin Turbo F90 (Non OPF/GPF Cars). It replaces the exhaust from the rear axle back, the shortest section Milltek offers on this platform, swapping the factory tail section for wider-bore pipework and a silencer tuned for a sportier note. Everything ahead of the rear axle, including the mid-pipe, stays standard. It's offered in 5 tailpipe finishes, so you can pick the setup that suits how the car's used.
It's the option for a subtle, tail-end-only change in sound and look, rather than the fuller transformation of a cat-back or front-pipe-back system.

Installation
Milltek quotes a fitting time of approx. 1.5 to 2 hours. We recommend professional fitting on a ramp. Once fitted, check the tailpipe alignment and re-check all clamps after the first few hundred miles.
