This is Milltek's cat-back system for the Audi A5 Cabriolet 3.0 TDi (DPF) quattro. It replaces everything from the factory catalytic converter rearward with wider-bore pipework, a re-profiled mid-pipe and silencers tuned specifically for this platform, cutting back pressure and sharpening the exhaust note. The factory catalytic converter stays in place, so the car's emissions hardware is left as standard. It's offered in 4 tailpipe finishes and a choice of outlet (Dual, Quad), so you can pick the setup that suits how the car's used.
It's aimed at owners who want a noticeably different sound and a genuine, if modest, flow improvement without touching anything upstream of the cat: a straightforward bolt-on that doesn't need a remap or any other supporting mods to enjoy.

Installation
The fitting time varies by version; see the specification table for the option you choose. Some versions: Quad-outlet. Requires S-Line rear bumper in addition to lower spoiler and detailing strip from the S5. 2009-2012 models need part numbers 8T0 807 521B 1RR and 8T0 807 791 2ZZ. 2012 and later facelift models need part numbers 8T8 807 521 01C and 8T0 807 791 B 1RR. These parts are available from your local Audi dealer for approximately £100 +VAT. We recommend professional fitting on a ramp. Once fitted, check the tailpipe alignment and re-check all clamps after the first few hundred miles.
