This is Milltek's active 'H' centre section for the Dodge/RAM 1500 TRX 6.2L Supercharged, with wireless remote control over the valve so you can switch between a quieter and a louder, more open note at the press of a button.
It's the option for owners who want control over how loud the truck is without needing a phone or app to do it.
It's manufactured from T304L stainless steel (the same grade used in the aerospace industry), mandrel-bent to keep a constant internal diameter through every bend rather than crimped or pinched, and hand-TIG welded for a clean, durable finish that resists corrosion and discolouration far better than mild steel or lower grades of stainless. The acoustic properties are developed on the car itself rather than on a flow bench alone, so the note is tuned to sound sharp and purposeful without booming or drumming inside the cabin at a cruise.
