Milltek Front Pipe-Back Exhaust, Audi SQ8 4.0 V8 Bi-Turbo Facelift 24+
This Milltek Sport front pipe-back system is one of three new system types for the facelifted Audi SQ8. It replaces the exhaust from the front pipes back, giving the 4.0 twin-turbo V8 a deeper, more involving sound than the factory system.
It is available with four tip finishes. If you'd prefer a system from the particulate filters back, see our resonated and non-resonated OPF/GPF-back systems for the same car. Like every Milltek system, it is designed, developed and hand-finished in the UK from T304 stainless steel, with mandrel-bent pipework for smooth gas flow.

Fitment
- Audi SQ8 (4M) 4.0 TFSI V8 twin-turbo, facelift models, 2024 onwards
Not suitable for: the pre-facelift SQ8, the RS Q8 or the SQ7, which use different exhausts. Check whether your car is a facelift model before ordering.
Installation
The system replaces the factory exhaust from the front pipes back. We recommend fitting by a professional or an experienced exhaust specialist, with the car safely raised on a ramp.
Which tip finish should I choose?
Choose from four tip finishes: Polished, Cerakote Black, Brushed Titanium or Burnt Titanium (blue). The finish is the only difference between the part numbers.
Does it fit the pre-facelift SQ8?
No. It is developed for the facelift SQ8 (2024 onwards). Milltek makes separate systems for earlier cars.
What is the difference between this and the OPF/GPF-back systems?
This system starts further forward, at the front pipes. The OPF/GPF-back systems start behind the factory particulate filters.
Does it fit the RS Q8?
No. The RS Q8 has a different engine and exhaust.
How do I fit it?
It replaces the factory exhaust from the front pipes back. We recommend professional fitting.
Is it covered by a warranty?
Yes. It is covered by Milltek Sport's manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
