Milltek OPF/GPF-Back Exhaust for Audi SQ8 4.0 V8 Bi-Turbo Facelift 24+
This Milltek Sport system replaces the exhaust behind the petrol particulate filters (OPF/GPF) on the facelifted Audi SQ8, giving the 4.0 twin-turbo V8 a deeper, more characterful sound. The filters stay in place.
Choose the resonated version for a more refined tone with less drone when cruising, or the non-resonated version for a louder, more aggressive sound. Each comes with four tip finishes. Like every Milltek system, it is designed, developed and hand-finished in the UK from T304 stainless steel, with mandrel-bent pipework for smooth gas flow.

Fitment
- Audi SQ8 (4M) 4.0 TFSI V8 twin-turbo, facelift models, 2024 onwards
Not suitable for: the pre-facelift SQ8, the RS Q8 or the SQ7, which use different exhausts. Check whether your car is a facelift model before ordering.
Installation
The system replaces the factory exhaust behind the particulate filters. We recommend fitting by a professional or an experienced exhaust specialist, with the car safely raised on a ramp.
Resonated or non-resonated: which should I choose?
The resonated version is quieter and more refined, with less drone on long journeys. The non-resonated version is louder and more aggressive.
Which tip finish should I choose?
Choose from four tip finishes: Polished, Cerakote Black, Brushed Titanium or Burnt Titanium (blue). The finish is the only difference between the part numbers.
Does it remove the particulate filters?
No. It fits behind the OPF/GPF filters, which stay in place.
Does it fit the pre-facelift SQ8?
No. It is developed for the facelift SQ8 (2024 onwards).
Does it need a remap?
No remap is needed to fit a filter-back system on its own.
Does it fit the RS Q8?
No. The RS Q8 has a different engine and exhaust.
Is it covered by a warranty?
Yes. It is covered by Milltek Sport's manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
