Milltek Z-Pipe for BMW M2 Coupe G87 S58 3.0 Turbo Non-OPF NA/ROW 2023+
This Milltek Sport Z-pipe option for the BMW M2 Coupe (G87) is used in place of the X-pipe, twin straight pipes or resonated section of the exhaust. It is listed for cars without an OPF/GPF particulate filter (North America / rest of world), in two versions: one to fit the OE axle-back silencers and one to fit a Milltek axle-back.
The Z-pipe is a 3D-printed crossover pipe in 316L stainless steel, designed to improve the tone of the S58 straight-six. It merges the exhaust pulses from the engine's two exhaust streams, giving a more exotic sound with less rasp while reducing back pressure. Under load the note becomes cleaner and higher-pitched, a sound Milltek compares to the Nissan GT-R (R35); on deceleration you get a deeper rumble and burble. Thanks to 3D printing, it weighs only slightly more than a traditional X-pipe.

Installation
The Z-pipe fits in place of the X-pipe, twin straight pipes or resonated section. Make sure you choose the version that matches your axle-back: OE or Milltek. We recommend fitting by a professional or an experienced exhaust specialist, with the car safely raised on a ramp.
OE or Milltek axle-back: which version do I need?
Choose the one that matches the rear silencers on your car: the factory (OE) axle-back or a Milltek axle-back.
What does the Z-pipe sound like?
Cleaner and higher-pitched under load, which Milltek compares to the Nissan GT-R (R35), with a deeper rumble and burble on deceleration and less rasp than before.
Why is it 3D printed?
3D printing lets Milltek shape the crossover in 316L stainless steel to merge the exhaust pulses, while adding only a little weight over a traditional X-pipe.
Which version is right for my market?
This listing is for Non-OPF (North America / rest of world) cars. OPF/GPF-equipped cars, including UK and European models, need SSXBM1426 or SSXBM1427 instead.
I already have a Milltek midpipe. Can I just add the Z-pipe?
Yes. If you already have a Milltek 102mm midpipe or twin straight pipe OPF/secondary cat bypass, the Z-pipe is available on its own as an upgrade.
Is it road legal?
It depends on the rest of your system. If your setup removes the OPF/GPF or secondary catalysts, the car is for off-road and motorsport use only. Ask us if you're unsure.
Is it covered by a warranty?
Yes. It is covered by Milltek Sport's manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
