Milltek Z-Pipe Upgrade for BMW M2 Coupe G87 S58 3.0 Turbo 2023 Onwards
Already running a Milltek 102mm midpipe or twin straight pipe OPF/secondary cat bypass on your BMW M2 Coupe? This upgrade lets you add Milltek's new Z-pipe to your existing system, for OPF and non-OPF cars alike.
The Z-pipe is a 3D-printed crossover pipe in 316L stainless steel, designed to improve the tone of the S58 straight-six. It merges the exhaust pulses from the engine's two exhaust streams, giving a more exotic sound with less rasp while reducing back pressure. Under load the note becomes cleaner and higher-pitched, a sound Milltek compares to the Nissan GT-R (R35); on deceleration you get a deeper rumble and burble. Thanks to 3D printing, it weighs only slightly more than a traditional X-pipe.

Who is this upgrade for?
Owners who already have a Milltek 102mm midpipe or twin straight pipe OPF/secondary cat bypass fitted and want to add the Z-pipe.
Does it suit OPF and non-OPF cars?
Yes. Milltek lists the upgrade for both OPF/GPF and non-OPF cars.
I don't have a Milltek midpipe. What do I need?
Choose one of the complete Milltek Z-pipe options for your car and market instead, which fit the OE or a Milltek axle-back.
What does the Z-pipe sound like?
Cleaner and higher-pitched under load, which Milltek compares to the Nissan GT-R (R35), with a deeper rumble and burble on deceleration and less rasp.
Is it road legal?
It depends on the rest of your system. Systems that bypass the OPF/GPF or secondary catalysts are for off-road and motorsport use only.
Is it covered by a warranty?
Yes. It is covered by Milltek Sport's manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
