Which Milltek exhaust fits your Mustang?

Start with the generation. On the S550, the 5.0 V8 GT Fastback has separate cat-backs for 2015-18 cars and the 2019-on facelift, while the Mach 1 (2021-23) and the Shelby GT500 (2020-23) have their own. On the S650 (2024 on), the GT and the Dark Horse each have a cat-back. The 2.3 EcoBoost Fastback is covered for the S550 (2015-18) and the S650, each with a cat-back, a sports cat downpipe and a de-cat downpipe.

The Mach 1, GT500, S650 GT and Dark Horse also have a Milltek centre section, offered with an H-pipe or X-pipe and with an optional centre resonator or straight pipes. Centre sections are listed separately from the cat-backs, so add one if you want to change the mid-pipe as well.

Mustang sound options: resonated, valved and centre sections

Resonated cat-backs are the quieter choice, with less drone on long runs; non-resonated versions are louder. Some systems offer valved or non-valved versions and twin or quad outlets. On the centre sections, the optional resonator softens the sound and the straight pipes make it louder. Tips include GT-90, GT-100 and GT-115 designs in polished, titanium, burnt titanium and Cerakote Black, plus JET carbon: see the tip styles guide.

Mustang 2.3 EcoBoost downpipes and road use

The sports cat downpipe keeps a catalyst; the de-cat downpipe is for off-road and competition use only and will fail an MOT emissions test. Both normally need an ECU remap, so read the fitment notes on each listing before ordering. Every downpipe and sports cat we sell is gathered in manifolds, de-cats and sports cats.
