Finding the right Milltek listing for your i30 N

The i30 N listings are split three ways: power output, body style and whether the car has a petrol particulate filter. 2017-2018 cars (250PS and 275PS Performance) are non-OPF. 2019-2021 cars, including the 275PS Fastback N Performance, have an OPF/GPF. The 280PS facelift from 2021 is OPF/GPF too and has its own listings. Match all three before you order; the reg lookup at the top of the page does it for you.

i30 N cat-backs: resonated, non-resonated and GPF options

Every version has a cat-back system. The four i30 N Performance versions (275PS non-OPF, 275PS OPF/GPF, 280PS facelift and Fastback) also have a matching Active Valve Control kit, which lets you choose when the valves open rather than leaving it to the drive mode. Resonated systems are quieter with less motorway drone, non-resonated ones are louder. On some OPF/GPF cat-backs you can choose GPF back, which keeps the filter, or GPF delete, a louder, motorsport-oriented option. Most systems use GT-115 tips in polished, titanium, burnt titanium or Cerakote black, or JET-115 carbon fibre; one offers GT-139s. See our tip styles page.

Downpipes for the i30 N and i30 N Performance

Sports cat downpipes are listed for the 250PS car in non-OPF and OPF/GPF form and for the 275PS non-OPF Performance. Non-OPF 250PS and 275PS cars can also take HJS Tuning ECE downpipes. Both keep a catalyst, and both will usually need an ECU remap. Browse all downpipes and sports cats. If you also run a Kona N, it has its own Milltek Kona N range.
