Gen 1 or Gen 2: matching parts to your GR Yaris
Start with the generation. Milltek titles its Gen 1 listings "GR Circuit Pack 1.6T OPF/GPF 20-24"; the Gen 2 listings cover the 1.6T OPF/GPF car from 2024. Gen 1 has a filter-back exhaust, a GPF/OPF bypass, HJS ECE downpipes, a sports cat downpipe and a de-cat downpipe. GR Yaris filter-back exhausts and valve options
A filter-back starts behind the particulate filter and keeps it. Resonated versions are quieter with less motorway drone; non-resonated versions are louder. Depending on the listing, you may be asked to choose valved or non-valved, manual or automatic, and Active Valve Control or a CAN BUS race controller, so read the options carefully. Downpipes and catalysts for the GR Yaris
HJS ECE downpipes, sports cat downpipes and the hi-flow sports cat all keep a catalyst and will usually need an ECU remap.
