Puma ST 1.5 or 1.0: picking the right Milltek parts

Every Puma ST in the range has a petrol particulate filter, so the main system is a filter-back, replacing the exhaust behind the factory filter while the filter stays in place. Check your engine before ordering: the 1.5 EcoBoost 200PS and the 1.0 170PS each have their own filter-back and Active Valve Control listing. The filter-backs come in resonated or non-resonated form, with GT-90 tips in polished, burnt titanium, brushed titanium or Cerakote Black, or a JET-90 carbon fibre trim: see tip styles.

Active Valve Control gives you a say in how the exhaust valve behaves, rather than leaving it entirely to the car.

Puma ST 1.5 downpipe and GPF/OPF bypass

For the 1.5 EcoBoost there is a downpipe and a GPF/OPF bypass, with options for a GPF delete or a de-cat with GPF delete, and fitment to suit the OE system or a Milltek system. These are louder, motorsport-oriented parts; any de-cat version is for off-road and competition use only and will fail an MOT emissions test. Expect to need an ECU remap. The Mk8 Fiesta ST uses a 1.5 EcoBoost 200PS too and has a similar line-up.
