Cayman 718 GT4: build date and gearbox
GT4 parts are split by build date and gearbox: pre-February 2020 cars, post-February 2020 manuals and post-February 2020 PDKs each have their own particulate filter-back system and GPF/OPF bypass. The filter-back systems keep the factory filter. The bypass listings offer GPF bypass pipes only or a cat-back with GPF bypass; both are louder, motorsport-oriented options rather than everyday road parts.
Cayman 718 GTS 2.5T and 987 Cayman S
For the 718 GTS 2.5 turbo (2016-2020), choose a GTS filter-back system, a full exhaust with a hi-flow sports cat, which keeps a catalyst, or a full exhaust with a cat bypass, which is for off-road and competition use only and will fail an MOT emissions test. The 987 Cayman S 3.4 has separate cat-backs for Gen1 (2006-2009) and Gen2 (2009-2013) cars. Browse more catalyst options in manifolds, de-cats and sports cats.
Tips and resonators for the Cayman
Tip choices include GT-100 and GT-115 tips in Polished, Cerakote Black, Titanium, Brushed Titanium or Burnt Titanium, JET-100 and JET-115 Carbon Fibre, or the re-used OE tips.
